  • Live Auction

    The Fall Festival is looking for Live Auction items including getaway trips, vacation homes, boating excursions, sports memorabilia, tickets to sporting events, concerts, outings and dinners.

    If you have an item to donate or have questions, please contact the Fall Festival Committee: festival@silcc.org

  • Silent Auction

    Silent Auction is looking for a wide VARIETY of items to make this year's auction interesting! Parishioners are encouraged to donate a themed basket or high quality gift item.   Suggested items include:  gift cards, family items, event tickets, toys, handmade quilts or other crafts, collectibles, designer items, wine, liquor, jewelry, sports items, religious art or statues, cooking baskets, gift certificates for services.  Do you have a specialty?  Something you are known for?  Turn it into a silent auction item!!  Not sure how?  Email us!



    In addition to receiving baskets already constructed and ready for Auction, this year we are focusing on donation requests of new or gently used items suitable for assembling baskets. Items will be selected for use in baskets when they are dropped off at Sexton Hall. We ask that you save any items we are unable to use for the Auction and donate them in the spring to the Annual Parish Garage Sale.  



    Items needed for constructing baskets are:

    • New or gently used items

    • Antique items (gently used condition)

    • Unopened bottles of wine or liquor

    • Medium or large size baskets in new or like new condition

    • GIFT CARDS


     PLEASE NOTE: Only items not showing any wear can be accepted. We cannot accept any items with missing pieces.



    The following items cannot be accepted for the Auction:

    • Clothing

    • Used books

    • Golf clubs

    • Firearms

    • Used light fixtures

    • Used luggage

    BIDDING STARTS MONDAY, September 29th UNTIL SUNDAY OCTOBER 5TH AT 2:30 PM

  • Wristbands for Unlimited Food

    The Wristbands provide unlimited food, soft drinks, and water consumed on-premise for the entire Fall Festival weekend: Saturday: Noon- 9 PM & Sunday 11:30 AM -6 PM


    Individual Wristband: $100


    Family Household Wristband (wristbands for everyone in your immediate family that live in the same household): $200


    **Immediate Family- includes your spouse, parents, grandparents, children, and grandchildren, mother-in-law & father-in-law, sons-in-law & daughter-in-law. Adopted, half & step members are also included. 


    Stop by the parish office to pick yours up today. Or stop by the wrist band booth on Fall Festival Weekend.

  • Restaurant Spirit Week

    Mention St. Ignatius Fall Festival when ordering Dine-In or Take-Out!


    A percentage of our receipts is donated to the church

  • Sweet Shoppe

    The Sweet Shoppe is in need of your help!  We are asking for donations of cakes, cookies, brownies, breads, and cakes for cake walk (8"x8" square or 9" round) as well as other goodies to stock the shop.  Please let us know whether or not the items contain nuts, and for small items, please wrap them in individual serving sizes.  Donations can be brought to the Sexton Hall kitchen starting DATE Friday, October 3rd, 2025

  • Raffle Tickets

    Our Annual Fall Festival & Craft Fair will be on October 4-5, 2025. The Raffle Drawing will be held on Sunday, October 5TH at 5 PM


    Suggested Ticket Donation:


    $10.00 per ticket or $50.00 per booklet


    (Pick up your tickets at the Parish Office or at the Raffle Ticket booths the days of the festival.)

    We are in need of:

    12 oz can sodas

    2 liter name brand drinks

    Donations can be dropped off at the POD  in the parking lot.
