Do you experience times of discouragement in your spiritual life? You are not alone! For most of us, spiritual discouragement is a significant obstacle to overcome. In a series of practical guidelines, St. Ignatius of Loyola offers invaluable aid toward understanding this struggle, finding freedom from such discouragement, and living our daily spiritual lives with joy.
