The SILCC Ignatian Workout for Lent
We invite you to join us for our 2026 Ignatian Lenten retreat, with individual daily prayer and weekly retreat group meetings on Monday evenings: February 23 – April 13, 6:30-7:30pm (no meeting on Easter Monday, April 6).
Our guide for prayer will be The Ignatian Workout for Lent, by Tim Muldoon, based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. For each day there is an exercise with a scripture passage and short text for prayer and an action – that by both prayer and action, we might draw closer to the Lord and grow in discipleship. In addition to individual daily prayer, the retreat group will meet weekly on Monday evenings (see dates above).
