Emmaus - Ignatian Spirituality Program

We invite you to join us for Emmaus, a 6-week program of prayer in the Ignatian tradition.

As part of the Emmaus group you can learn to pray with scripture and grow in your relationship with God, guided by two spiritual directors.

We will meet weekly on Mondays from 10:15-11:45am, beginning October 5 through November 9. Please register now to ensure that we have enough copies of the Emmaus materials for the group.

There is no fee to participate.

In Emmaus, you will learn about:

· Praying with scripture using Lectio Divina

· Two Ignatian ways of prayer: meditation and contemplation

· Pausing and listening in prayer

· Speaking to God about your thoughts and feelings

· Keeping a prayer journal
